An established Essex construction company
VAA Construction Ltd has been building extensions and refurbishing homes since 2000. What started as a building business in South Ockendon has grown into a construction company with the team and experience to take on large, complex projects across Essex and London.
The difference is that the work is carried out by our own people. Brickworkers, scaffolders, joiners, plasterers, roofers, electricians and plumbers are all in-house, and our trades are fully accredited (Gas Safe, NICEIC and so on). That means one team runs your project from the first visit to the handover, with nobody to chase and no gaps in the programme waiting for another firm.
We are open about cost and programme from day one. You know what happens when, and what it costs, before we start, and there are no nasty surprises along the way. It is why so many of our clients come back to us for their next project.
