A kitchen or bathroom is only as good as the work behind it. We fit kitchens and bathrooms across Essex and London, on their own or as part of an extension or refurbishment, and our own electricians, plumbers, plasterers and joiners handle everything from the first fix to the last tile.
That means walls and floors are properly prepared, the pipework and wiring are where they should be, and the finish is right. You get a clear quote up front and one team from start to finish.
Kitchen fit-outs
Handleless, island and open-plan kitchens fitted with the worktops, appliances and lighting, often as part of a new extension under a roof lantern.
Bathrooms and en-suites
Full bathroom installations with freestanding baths, walk-in showers and feature tiling, and en-suites added into bedrooms or loft conversions.
Underfloor heating
Wet underfloor heating laid and connected to the manifold before the floor goes down, for warm kitchens and bathrooms without radiators on the walls.
Electrics and plumbing in-house
New circuits, lighting, pipework and waste runs carried out by our fully accredited in-house trades (Gas Safe, NICEIC and so on).
Plastering and tiling
Walls and ceilings plastered flat and ready, and wall and floor tiling set out and finished cleanly.

Do you supply the kitchen or just fit it?
We fit kitchens as part of our work and can talk through the options at the site visit, whether you have already chosen a kitchen or want help putting the layout together.
How long does a bathroom installation take?
A typical family bathroom is usually one to two weeks once the work starts, depending on the tiling and whether pipework or walls are being moved. We confirm the timescale in the quote.
Can you move the kitchen or bathroom to a different room?
Yes. Moving a kitchen or bathroom means new drainage, pipework and electrics, and our in-house plumbers and electricians plan and carry out all of it as part of the job.
Can underfloor heating go into an existing house?
Often, yes, especially where floors are being taken up anyway during a refurbishment or extension. We will look at the floor build-up and the heating system at the visit and advise on what suits the room.
Are your plumbers and electricians accredited?
Our in-house trades are fully accredited (Gas Safe, NICEIC and so on), and the work is carried out as part of the same programme as the rest of the job.
