What happens after I send an enquiry?
We get back to you to talk about the project, then arrange a time to visit, walk the job with you and talk through what is possible. After the visit you get a clear quote so you know what happens when and what it costs.
Is there a charge for a site visit or quote?
No. The visit and the quote are free and there is no obligation to go ahead.
What hours can I call?
You can reach us from 7.30am to 9.30pm. If we miss your call we will ring you back, or you can send a WhatsApp or use the form at any time.
Can I send drawings or photos?
Yes. Drawings and photos of the house help us understand the project before we visit. Send them over on WhatsApp once you have been in touch.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in South Ockendon and work across Essex and East London, including Thurrock, Grays, Upminster, Hornchurch, Romford, Brentwood, Basildon, Billericay, Chelmsford and Southend-on-Sea.
